Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sri Maha Plants, we are committed to providing high-quality aquarium and terrarium plants, pot plants, and accessories. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

By Customer:

      • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch.

      • A 15% processing fee will be deducted for cancellations made within this period.

    No Cancellations:

        • Once the order is dispatched via Shiprocket, cancellation is not possible.

        • Live plants are perishable and prepared specifically for your order, so we cannot accept cancellations after dispatch.

      2. Refund Eligibility

      Tissue Culture (TC) Cups:

          • Refund or replacement are not available for TC cups, as they are delivered correctly without changes and there are chances of damage while shipping.

        Pot Plants:

            • Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
                  1. Wrong Item Delivered – if you receive an item different from your order
                  2. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Plants – only if reported with clear photos and Videos on the same day of delivery.(Note: The video should be from the beginning of the box opening)
                  3. Shipping cost are not eligible for refund once the order is dispatched.

            Refund will not be issued in these cases:

                • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address/contact details provided by the customer.

                • Orders returned or undelivered due to courier issues.

                • Damage caused by mishandling during transit.

              3. Refund Process

                  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.

                  • The timeline typically takes 7–10 working days after approval.

                  • Once the refund is approved, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

                4. Important Notes

                    • Live plants are perishable and may show natural variations in size, color, or shape.

                    • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
