- Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
- In rare cases, if a plant’s condition is not suitable for dispatch, delivery may be delayed to ensure you receive healthy, high-quality plants. Our team will communicate the update via email.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders of INR 699 or above.
- Orders below INR 699 will incur standard shipping charges, calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Partners
We use Shiprocket partnered couriers such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to deliver your order safely.
- Delivery speed and service depend on the courier and location.
- While we carefully pack all orders, Sri Maha Plants is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier after dispatch.
4. Packaging & Care
- All live plants and pot plants are carefully packed to protect them during transit.
- Special care is taken for delicate plants to ensure they reach you in healthy condition.

- Orders may not be deliverable to certain remote or restricted areas. If so, we will contact you to suggest alternatives.
