We are committed to delivering healthy aquarium and terrarium plants, quality pot plants, and related accessories. Since many of our products are live and perishable, certain policies apply to ensure fairness and transparency for both you (the customer) and us (the seller).
1. Use of the Website
- By accessing this website, you agree not to misuse the services or engage in any fraudulent activity.
- All content, product images, and descriptions are owned by Sri Maha Plants and may not be used without permission.
2. Orders & Processing
- Once an order is placed, we immediately begin preparing it for dispatch.
- Cancellation is not possible after dispatch.
- If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you may do so (only if it has not been processed) — however, a 15% processing fee will be deducted.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines are generally 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
- We use Shiprocket partnered couriers (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.). Delivery speed and serviceability depend on the courier.
- While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for courier delays or mishandling once the order is shipped.
- Some plants/materials may be delayed if their condition is not suitable for dispatch. We always prioritize sending you the best quality plants.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations by Customer: Allowed within 24 hours of order placement (with 15% deduction), provided the order has not been processed.
- No Cancellations: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds: Processed only to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases: (Note: Refund is not Applicable for TC Plants)
- Wrong Item Delivered
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) Plants – Only if reported with clear photos and Unboxing Video on the same day of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer.
- Shipment returned/undelivered by courier.
- Damage caused by courier mishandling.

5. Product Warranty
- There is no warranty on any plants (including Tissue Culture cups and pot plants) or accessories.
- Plant health depends on multiple environmental factors after delivery (light, water, CO2, care, etc.), which are beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for courier delays, damage during transit, or customer negligence after receiving the plants.
- By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that live plants are perishable and may have natural variations.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts only.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, courier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
